Born and raised in the heart of Nashville, TN, Miss Wanda has deep roots in her community. A proud graduate of Hillsboro High School, she went on to pursue her passion for art and education at Belmont University, where she studied Art Education.

Miss Wanda embarked on her journey in childcare in 1990, driven by a profound passion for nurturing young minds and a desire to create a warm, nurturing environment for her own children. In August 1994, she founded Miss Wanda's Daycare, a place where education and love go hand in hand. Over the years, Miss Wanda has had the privilege of caring for two generations of children, including her own three, becoming a trusted figure in the lives of countless families.

What sets Miss Wanda's Daycare apart is the sense of community that Miss Wanda fosters. Parents are initially drawn to the intimate, small daycare experience, but they stay for the lasting bonds, love and unwavering support that come from being part of the daycare family.

Beyond her daycare, Miss Wanda is a dedicated advocate for her community. She actively volunteers at local community centers and supports children's athletics, continually giving back to the community that has supported her throughout her life.
